This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or making a donation, you ("Donor" or "Donatur" or "User") are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions below.

1. General Terms

• Users must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal parent or guardian to conduct transactions on this website.
• Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information (such as active name, email address, and phone number) when filling out the donation form.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend User access if there are indications of service misuse or legal violations.

2. Donation and Distribution Terms

• Nature of Donation: All donations channeled through insanmandiri.id are voluntary and without coercion.
• Fund Allocation: We are committed to distributing funds according to the campaign program chosen by the Donator. However, if a program has met its target or cannot be implemented due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), We reserve the right to redirect the funds to other charitable programs with similar urgency or benefits.
• Operational Costs: Yayasan Insan Mandiri Global Surabaya reserves the right to allocate a small portion of the donation funds for the foundation's operational costs and payment gateway transaction fees (if any), in accordance with Islamic principles (syariah) and applicable laws.

3. Refund Policy

In principle, donations that have been paid and are marked as successful (PAID) cannot be canceled or refunded. However, exceptions apply if:

• A system error occurs from the payment gateway causing the donator to be charged twice (double charging) for the same transaction.
• Refund requests must be submitted a maximum of 2x24 hours after the transaction is made by including valid transfer proof to our customer service contacts.

4. Service Use & Prohibitions

In using this platform, Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using money or funds derived from criminal acts, money laundering, or other illegal activities to donate.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or infiltrate the database, servers, or security of the insanmandiri.id website.
• Using information, text, or images from this platform for commercial or fraudulent purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content contained on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, photos, and videos, is the property of Yayasan Insan Mandiri Global Surabaya or third parties who have licensed it to Us. Unauthorized use is a violation of Copyright law.
